FAQ’s

  • We typically book projects 2 months in advance, with payment required ahead of time to secure a start date. Due to the high volume of inquiries we receive, we recommend filling out our contact form about 2 months in advance to book our next available spot.

  • Brand Packages take an average of 4-8 weeks in total and Web Design varies by project.

  • Short answer: no. We do not work within existing sites (since we have no idea what we'd be walking into). We do, however, offer web design services. More about that on our services page.

  • We prefer not to do one-off logo designs because we believe a logo is one small piece in the whole pie of a brand identity (not to mention, that no single logo works in every space). But, we know that every business owner is at a different stage of their journey and we want to help from the get go.

  • We use Squarespace to design and develop all client sites. We love Squarespace because it offers the most creative control (we can make something beautifully unique to you) and ease of use for our clients (seriously, all of our clients are able to edit and update their own sites once we're done). Squarespace also allows us to design your site for desktop and mobile, so your site looks great on all screens.

  • Yes, each payment plan is custom-built for every client. Please note, that in order to secure a start date, your monthly payments will start before your project begins.
